Location: Residence in North Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Four-story residence includes rooms to be rented out to tenants who are pet-owners (mostly dogs).
Project Scope: redesign and expansion of existing lavatory into bathroom with free-standing tub, vanity and walk-in closet.
