Location: Single-family detached house, built in the 1950's, in the Palisades neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Project Scope: Enclose existing upper deck into a three-season screened porch. Screened porch to house wood-burning firestove, outdoor grill, and outdoor dining furniture. Widen existing lower deck to provide space for table tennis recreation.
